Our mission is to empower and strengthen the Leaders of tomorrow with virtual and instructor-led educational training, on-the-job training and skills, and confidence that will allow them the opportunity to thrive, reach their full potential, and become a pillar of strength in their community. 

 

BC2 Foundation is dedicated to development and training that provides educational curriculum, programs, and resources to our Leaders of tomorrow. Our goal is to provide organizational development and skills to catapult this next generation of problem solvers using innovation and digital tools. 

 

BC2 offers business, organizational development and other educational services to future college and high school graduates, as well as to Corporations looking to grow and train its staff.

We believe that we share the responsibility of ensuring that these innovators have the knowledge, experience and training needed to inspire and change their local areas. Our experienced facilitators are certified in various disciplines, and BC2 is strategic and creative in our implementation approaches to offer the best innovative solutions that result in the desired outcomes of those we serve.
